If you need to change/cancel a booking that has been confirmed, please contact the Host directly and advise them through Vennu messaging. It is best to keep all communications via Vennu messaging so that the Vennu support team can assist with the process if required. Once the Host has confirmed receipt of the change/cancellation request, they will contact the Vennu support team to process the change/cancellation fully.
