Many of Vennu’s system emails, such as booking notifications and reminders, are sent from a no-reply email address, which is not monitored. Replies to these emails will not be seen or responded to.
To communicate with a Host or Guest, log into Vennu and use the messaging system within your booking. This ensures your message reaches the right person and is tracked within the platform.
To send a message:
- Log in to your Vennu account
- Go to your Inbox.
- Click on the relevant booking to open the booking details including the message thread.
- Type your message and send it directly to the Host/Guest.
