You can apply a discount to a booking before confirming it. This is useful if you’d like to adjust the price for a guest.
Steps to apply a discount:
Go to the booking request you’d like to update.
Click “Change Details”
Enter the discount amount in the booking pop-up.
Review the updated details and click Confirm.
The guest will then be prompted to pay the updated amount. Once payment is made, the booking will be confirmed.
Tip: The maximum discount you can apply is 99%. This is because the total must remain greater than $1 for Stripe to process the transaction.
